A Turkish freight forwarder received a booking to transport goods described as "7,054 pieces of liquid soap" to a consignee in Denmark. The Turkish forwarder issued a Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) consignment note for the goods and inserted itself as the 'sender' and 'carrier' in the consignment note.
