Bo Sandroos is head of WSCO’s energy and offshore practice group. Bo is a law graduate from the University of Copenhagen (1991) and the Nordic Institute of Petroleum and Maritime Law, University of Oslo (1990), and holds an executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School (1995).
For many years Bo has focussed on the energy and offshore industry and holds expertise within the areas of offshore wind, other renewables, power-to-X, CO 2 capture and storage (CCS), oil and natural gas, geothermal energy, infrastructure and further areas related to the energy and offshore industries. His practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial and corporate work, and regulatory affairs. He holds special experience in Greenlandic law, in particular its energy and mining sectors.

Further, he has served as an external lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark and the author of the book “Undergrundsloven med Kommentarer” (2012) and “The Greenland Mineral Resources Act – the Law and Practice of Oil, Gas and Mining in Greenland” (2015).
