A German charterer entered into a voyage charterparty with a Danish owner in order to effectuate the carriage of wind turbine blades from Qinhuangdao in China to Rostock in Germany. The charterparty was entered into by way of email exchanges. An email recap on the basis of the contract set out the following terms: "ex liner in Qinhuangdao" to "liner out Rostock".
