A Norwegian exporter of fish sold salted fish for €89,100 to a Greek buyer on delivered duty paid terms. The exporter contracted with a Norwegian road carrier for carriage to Greece. The Norwegian road carrier subcontracted the carriage to Danish sub-carrier C, which in turn subcontracted the portion of the carriage from Hadsten, Denmark to the consignee to its sub-carrier C1.
