On the basis of political agreement on 13 January 2022, the Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs issued Executive Order No. 1362 of 29 September 2022 on the "temporary maritime adjustment pool for Brexit-affected companies" in the maritime sector.
The order entered into force on 1 October 2022 and was introduced in order to mitigate the negative consequences of Brexit inthe maritime sector.
