A previous article discussed a 2021 judgment of the Maritime and Commercial High Court in a case concerning whether an English arbitration award precluded a subsequent court case between the parties at the Maritime and Commercial High Court. The Maritime and Commercial High Court's judgment has since been upheld by the Eastern High Court with a slightly different rationale.
